Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@reefinedyou.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide approval within 1 business day.
Step 3: Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label.
Step 4: Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. Your bank may take an additional 1-2 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your return, we'll ship your new item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return. Items without original tags or packaging may not be accepted. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
